Hello, I'm Heather
In this space, I share my experiences as an autodidact, spelunker of the unconscious mind, and all-around incredibly curious creative. I use metacognitive frameworks that I’ve been intuitively developing since childhood, including Life Experiments with the Semi-Scientific Method, the Digital Wellness Experiment series, Literature Dips, and the Waking Dream Rituals.

Who are these frameworks for?
Life Experiments with the Semi-Scientific Method was made for creative minds that have trouble starting, finishing, or organizing projects. The framework create space for you to embrace life’s challenges as experiments and to see mistakes, or unexpected outcomes, as welcome information on your learning journey. It can be adapted to fit various challenges and projects and has the potential to relieve struggles with executive function, confidence, anxiety, and perfectionism.
Highly-sensitive creatives & overwhelmed multipotentialites:
Harness the ability to see the big picture while breaking down the details into small actions. Using the Life Experiments framework to visualize your many creative endeavors, curiosities, or values-based life goals can help you both conceptualize and finally finish many of your projects (even simultaneously).

The Digital Wellness Experiment Series is a holistic way to redesign digitally-driven habits and reconnect with intuition, creativity, and purpose. Through guided exercises, lessons on the history and development of media and our digital world, humorous personal narratives, fun field trips, and daily reflection prompts, you’ll plan how to fill your newfound time meaningfully and gain clarity on what’s important in your life and who, exactly, is vying for your attention (and why). Together, we’ll rediscover how to align your time with your values and maybe even reset your vision for the future.

By developing a tender and receptive relationship with your inner world, you’ll cultivate a practice of dreamwork and daily rituals that empower you to turn insights into action and live a more connected, meaningful life.

Bibliomancy is an ancient practice of seeking guidance by randomly selecting passages from “sacred” texts or books. While some may attribute mystical qualities to it, as an Atheist/Humanist, I take a grounded approach, focusing on the profound connection between your conscious and unconscious mind and how we can build a bridge between the two intentionally. Select passages from a variety of books can be used to inspire deep introspection from new angles.
